Ouch That Looks Sharp!
Have you noticed that your Google My Business Insights charts are “spiky” instead of representative of the company’s real activity? I did, on at least 10-15 home services accounts and after speaking with Google have learned that this is indeed a bug. I’m not seeing it in my B2B clients’ or my own accounts. It appears to me that the data is only getting transferred to the Google My Business insights server in big chunks while there’s no distribution to the actual dates.

This is one city, but I have seem this in every city I tested.
