		<description>I have to print this list out. That was a wealth of good ideas.  In these economic down times I&#039;ve had to step out of my box and try something new and Im glad I did.  I&#039;ve added online video to my marketing because of the low cost and viral effectiveness.  </description>

In general, I think Google will find you no matter what but in the beginning, I think it helps to submit a sitemap to kickstart the process.  It&#039;s hard to know for sure.</description>

		<description>Actually, in most cases it is best not to publish an XML site map unless the search engines are having trouble indexing your site.  If you publish a sitemap, you may mask problems with your link structure that it&#039;s better to solve another way.

The best plan is to let search engines discover your site naturally - and if they miss areas of your site, investigate the true reason and repair that.
