Because I was able to observe how they interact with their machines, browsers, and web sites. 2/3 of them type &quot;www.somedomain.com&quot; in their Dell iGoogle search box when they want to visit a site. Enlightening for me. Now, I&#039;ll slow down when I present solutions to people.</description>
